The first day of early, in person voting, for the 2024 election is October 15th.  The last day of early voting is Nov 1. Early voting is sometimes referred to as “advanced voting”.

Some people choose to vote early because of their schedule. Also, the lines in most places are likely to be shorter.

Days and Times of Early Voting

Typically, early voting occurs Monday through Friday 9AM to 5 PM and  the 2nd and 3rd  Saturdays 9AM – 4PM. Some precincts will have early voting on the 2nd and 3rd Sundays 9AM – 4 PM during the early voting period.

Voter Identification

Voter ID is also required for early voting.
