On January 1, the “Georgia Property Owners’ Bill of Rights Act” (Senate Bill 406) comes into effect, enacting major oversight and transparency reforms for HOAs and community associations.
The new law makes numerous and substantial changes to the relationship between homeowner associations and their residents, under Georgia law.
